Cohost does not automatically collect personal information about you when you visit any of our Webpages. You can generally visit any of our Webpages without revealing Personal Information, unless you choose to provide such information to us.  In providing one or more service(s) to you, we do require that you supply us with personal information, such as your name, physical address, billing address, email address, phone number, and company, which we will collect and may store. The personal information we collect from you will be used by us for the following purposes: 

  • providing a cost quote for our provision of services to you,

  • one or more of the Service(s) you have requested from us pursuant to the Terms of Service, and

  • to inform you of other products or services available from Cohost.

Cohost may disclose your personal information, without notice to you, if required to do so by law or if individual persons representing Cohost have the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on Cohost, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Cohost, or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our customers or the general public. It is intended that the personal information that you provide to us will be collected, stored, processed, and used entirely within the United States of America.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, orders and payments placed through any of our Webpages are processed through FoodStorm, and as a result, Cohost does not receive, collect, or store your credit or debit card information.  

 

COOKIES

A cookie is a piece of information that an Internet website sends to your browser when you access information at that website. Cookies are either stored in memory (session cookies) or placed on your hard disk (persistent cookies). None of our Webpages use persistent cookies. Upon closing your web browser, any session cookie set by any of our Webpages is destroyed and no personal information is maintained which might identify you should you visit our web site at a later date.

Cohost strictly protects the security of your Personal Information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as secure. However, Cohost currently implement encryption, firewalls, restricted physical access and restricted staff access to ensure data is maintained in a secure environment.
